2Baba and Manager Efe Omorogbe Split

Music icon Innocent Ujah Idibia, known as 2Baba, has parted ways with his longtime manager, Efe Omorogbe, CEO of talent management company Now Muzik. 2Baba joined Now Muzik after leaving The Plantashun Boiz in 2004. The decision to part ways was described as mutual and took effect immediately, according to a joint statement posted by Now Muzik on Instagram.

Expressing gratitude, Efe said working with 2Baba was more than just work and highlighted their achievements over the past two decades. He pledged continued support for the singer and his career, stating that it was an honor to have been part of 2Baba's journey. Efe expressed pride in the brands they built together, the music they created, and the fans they entertained.

In response, 2Baba acknowledged Efe and Now Muzik's role in his career success, stating that he owed a lot to them. He emphasized that while every good thing must come to an end, he was grateful for the support he received. 2Baba will now be represented by his new management company, Hypertek Digital.
