Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Allwell Ademola, was laid to rest on Friday at the Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos.
Family members, colleagues and friends from the movie industry gathered to pay their final respects to the late actress. Among those present at the burial were popular Nollywood figures such as Toyin Abraham, Biola Adebayo, Rotimi Salami and Saidi Balogun.

The burial followed a series of farewell activities held on Thursday, including a service of songs, candlelight procession and a wrap prayer, which drew several industry colleagues and well-wishers.
Allwell Ademola was reported to have passed away on December 27 after suffering a heart attack at her residence. Her death came as a shock to many in the entertainment industry, who have continued to mourn her loss and celebrate her contributions to Nollywood.
