Washington dismisses any suggestion of Kiev's involvement in a terrorist attack on a concert hall near Moscow, according to U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris. Harris stated in an interview with ABC News that the Islamic State branch known as ISIS-Khorasan was responsible for the massacre.

"There is absolutely no evidence of Ukrainian involvement. What we do know is that ISIS-K is responsible for this," she explained, labeling the attack as an act of terrorism.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov advised caution before drawing conclusions, noting that Russian authorities are actively investigating the incident.

The attack took place at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, outside Moscow, with at least 137 reported fatalities. Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of RT and Rossiya Segodnya media group, stated that the death toll had risen to 143. Eleven individuals, including four directly involved in the attack, have been detained by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). The suspects, all from Tajikistan, face terrorism charges and could receive a life sentence in prison. This incident marks the deadliest attack in Russia in nearly two decades.
