Jerry Amilo Apologizes for Posting Junior Pope’s Lifeless Body on Social Media

Actor Jerry Amilo has issued an apology to fans and colleagues who were disappointed by his decision to post a video of the lifeless body of his colleague, Junior Pope, on social media. The video showed Pope's body lying in the hospital.

Amilo's actions were met with criticism from fans who deemed them insensitive. In response to the backlash, Amilo explained that it was never his intention to post the video for attention or clout.

Junior Pope tragically passed away on Wednesday, along with three crew members, after their boat capsized in the Anam River in Anambra State. They were returning from a film location at the time of the accident.
