The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has rolled out strategic measures to mitigate anticipated traffic congestion along the Jibowu to Agnes axis in Lagos State. This initiative comes in response to plans by the Ministry of Works and Drainage to commence rehabilitation work at project sites in the area, as announced by Mr. Olalekan Bakare-Oki, General Manager of LASTMA, in a statement on Thursday.

Bakare-Oki advised commuters traveling towards these zones to utilize alternative routes, specifically recommending the route from Fadeyi-Jibowu via Muritala Mohammed Way to Montgomery Road. From Montgomery Road, motorists can proceed via Harvey Road to Agnes Junction, then navigate through Sabo and Alagomeji to access the Third Mainland Bridge.
