Major General Adedoja Assumes Command at Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peacekeeping Centre

Former 31 Brigade Commander, Major General Ademola Taiwo Adedoja, has assumed command as the 23rd Commandant of the Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peacekeeping Centre, Jaji, in Kaduna State. He succeeds Major General Obinna Onubogu, who has been appointed as the new General Officer Commanding 2 Division Nigerian Army, Ibadan.

The Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peacekeeping Centre, located in Jaji Military Cantonment, Kaduna State, is a renowned military training center for international peacekeeping missions. Major General Adedoja, in assuming command, pledged to build upon the achievements of his predecessor and implement an open-door leadership style to enhance the center's progress.

Outgoing Commandant, Major General Onubogu, highlighted the center's track record of producing well-trained officers and soldiers who have represented Nigeria admirably in various international peacekeeping missions. He assured the new Commandant of the center's highly qualified facilitators and disciplined instructors who play pivotal roles in the success of its courses.

During the handover ceremony, which included the handing and taking of notes and flags of command, General Onubogu urged the center's staff to extend the same level of support and cooperation to Major General Adedoja as they did during his tenure.
