The President of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD), Dr. Osundara Tope Zenith, has joyfully announced the release of Dr. Ganiyat Popoola, a resident doctor from the National Eye Centre in Kaduna, who had been held in captivity for over ten months. Dr. Popoola has safely reunited with her family, marking the end of a prolonged period of fear and uncertainty for her loved ones and colleagues.
