A delegation from the Ogun State Government visited the family of the late Prof. Joseph Odemuyiwa, former Special Adviser to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Vocational and Technical Education, who tragically passed away in an accident. The delegation, led by Deputy Governor Noimot Salako-Oyedele, represented Governor Abiodun and included the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Tokunbo Talabi.
During the visit to the late Odemuyiwa's home in Isara Remo, Governor Abiodun expressed his condolences, highlighting the deceased's role as a team player who was highly valued in his administration. He noted that Prof. Odemuyiwa's passing is a loss not only to his immediate family but also to his colleagues, friends, and the entire state.
Felix Fajobi, speaking on behalf of the family, expressed gratitude for the visit and noted that Prof. Odemuyiwa's death is a loss not only to the state government but also to his family and the community at large. The late educator was praised for his contributions and impact, which extended beyond his professional life to touch many lives in the state.
