Tinubu pointed to positive signs such as improving revenue, reflecting in the progress of subnational entities. He assured Nigerians that better management and governance will lead to brighter days ahead, with Nigeria emerging stronger and more prosperous. Tinubu also thanked the Senate for its work, particularly the passage of the Students Loan Bill into law, and dismissed claims of budget embellishment as "malicious."
