The "Take It Back Movement," a human rights group, took to the streets of Lagos State to protest against the escalating cost of food and the high cost of living in Nigeria.
This demonstration occurred despite the warning issued by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, on Sunday.
The protesters, carrying placards with various messages, gathered at the Ojuelegba under-bridge area to highlight the current economic challenges facing the country.
