A good and capable country leader leads his/her people and country to peace and prosperity, and an incapable leader would bring his/her people to a world of suffering and helplessness. In our Nigeria the process of determining a country leader is chaotic and most times nightmarish. The former Lagos State helmsman and flamboyant kingmaker has formerly declared his intention to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari next year.
