The Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos, which has been partially closed for the past seven weeks, is set to reopen on April 4, 2024. This announcement was confirmed by the Lagos Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, in a statement released on Saturday, March 30.
Osiyemi stated, "Dear Lagos Residents, We are pleased to inform you that the Third Mainland Bridge will resume full operations on April 4th, 2024, following extensive repairs. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we anticipate even smoother travels ahead."
