The recovered bodies were brought ashore at the Porticello harbor near Palermo, where they were carried in black body bags by a fire brigades boat and then lifted onto the quayside. Divers and specialist rescue teams have been conducting thorough searches inside the hull of the sunken yacht since the incident occurred.

The tragedy has left authorities racing against time to find the missing individuals, as families and loved ones await news with growing concern. The storm that caused the yacht to capsize was described as ferocious, and the search and rescue operation continues amid challenging conditions.
