Big Brother, on Sunday, gathered all housemates in the lounge to reveal how their spending habits and personal requests had affected the show’s total prize money.

During the session, Big Brother displayed a detailed financial breakdown showing how every decision made by the housemates — from personal indulgences to immunity purchases — influenced the overall prize fund.

According to the report, while the house lost money through certain privileges and rewards, they also earned funds from sponsored tasks and weekly challenges.

Earnings came from activities such as:

Sips & Strokes: ₦6.5 million

Walking on Eggshells: ₦2.6 million

Big Brother’s Bakery: ₦800,000

Bodycare Products: ₦2.6 million

Big Brother’s Daycare: ₦3.5 million

Splash & Dash: ₦2.48 million

However, several deductions were made. Kaybobo spent ₦10 million to purchase immunity during the “Red Phone Twist,” while Koyin requested both a family visit and a special hair styling session — all of which came at a cost to the prize pool.

Big Brother reminded the housemates that every luxury, comfort, or reward in the house came with a price tag — a revelation that sparked laughter and disbelief among the finalists.

Viewers were also amused to learn that some of the deductions were due to lighthearted indulgences — from shawarma orders to a three-day luxury experience enjoyed by Joanna and Dede. Kola, on the other hand, humorously turned down his pedicure and manicure session.

After all the calculations, Big Brother announced that the total prize money left for the eventual winner now stands at ₦80 million.

The update added an exciting twist to the show’s grand finale, heightening anticipation as fans eagerly await who will be crowned the ultimate winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10.
