Former Vice President and 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has announced the formation of a Coalition of Opposition Political Parties with the goal of ousting President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections.
During a press conference at the Yar'Adua Centre in Abuja, Atiku confirmed the creation of the coalition, stating, "Yes, this is the birth of the coalition of opposition ahead of 2027." This move signals a united front from opposition leaders as they prepare for the next presidential race.
