The Kano State Command of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) announced on Thursday that it secured the conviction of 22 drug dealers in the state in July 2024. This achievement marks a significant victory in the agency's ongoing battle against illicit drug trafficking and abuse.
Commander Abubakar Idris-Ahmad confirmed the convictions, highlighting the case of Abubakar Mu’azu, whose arrest led to an altercation in which he stabbed an NDLEA officer.
