Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has inaugurated Alhaji Falalu Bawale as the new Head of Service, alongside Usman Isiyaku, the immediate past Head of Service, who now serves as the Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and State Executive Council Member.
The swearing-in ceremony, held at the Government House chambers, was attended by State Deputy Governor Malam Faruq Lawal Jobe, Secretary to the State Government Barrister Abdullahi Garba Faskari, and several State Executive Council members.
Governor Dikko Radda emphasized the merit-based appointments, stating that the new Head of Service would require the cooperation of all permanent secretaries to advance the state's prosperity. He acknowledged the administration's pressing challenge of time due to its extensive agenda.
Regarding the Special Adviser, the Governor praised his commitment and trustworthiness, highlighting the decision to retain him to leverage his wealth of experience for the benefit of the state.
