Katsina State Donates Bus to Federal University of Transportation Daura

The Katsina State Government has donated a 41-seater coaster bus to the Federal University of Transportation in Daura. The bus was delivered by Malam Bishir Ibrahim, Chief Store Officer of the Government House, on behalf of the state government.

In a statement to newsmen, the university’s Chief Information and Communication Officer explained that the donation was made by Governor Dikko Umar Radda following a request from the university for an ambulance and a transportation vehicle for students.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Umar Adam Katsayal, expressed gratitude to the governor for his support. He emphasized that this gesture reflects the governor’s commitment to supporting education in the state.

Professor Katsayal also took the opportunity to remind the government of the university’s need for an ambulance, which would significantly enhance health services for staff and students. He thanked the governor and expressed hope for continued support.
