Operatives of the Lagos Police Command have arrested a suspected armed robber in the Idimu area of the state. The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest on his X handle @benHundeyin on Sunday.

The suspect was apprehended during a patrol at 3:00 a.m. on Pipeline Street, Idimu. Officers from the Idimu Division conducted a search and recovered a locally made pistol and one live cartridge from the suspect.
SP Hundeyin stated that an investigation is ongoing regarding the matter.
