Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has announced the passing of her mother.
The actress broke the news on Tuesday via Instagram, posting a candlelight image with a broken heart background and the caption: “R.I.P Mum.”
Her announcement immediately drew an outpouring of condolences from colleagues, friends, and fans in the entertainment industry.
Actress Iyabo Ojo wrote: “So sorry ore, may her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.”
Crossdresser Idris Olanrewaju commented: “Sorry sis.”
Actress Dayo Amusa added: “My sincere condolences, Agbeke.”
Motilola also wrote: “So sorry, Momma. Accept my condolences.”
