ONITSHA — Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has again ignited debate after declaring in a viral sermon that when he dies, no one will ever find his body.
Speaking during a recent church service, the Onitsha-based cleric described himself as the “strongest spiritual man in the world after TB Joshua,” insisting that his mission on earth is nearly complete.
“I am the strongest spiritual man in the world after the general TB Joshua. We are not many, we are just two. One has done his job, and when I die, no one will see my corpse. I do not have much time here,” he proclaimed, adding that his work is to “clear the doubt of Jesus Christ.”
Odumeje, who leads the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, is known for his flamboyant preaching style, theatrical deliverance sessions, and controversial prophecies. His latest claim has once again divided opinion, with some viewing it as a profound revelation and others dismissing it as spectacle.
Over the years, the self-styled “Indaboski Bahose” has cultivated a reputation at the crossroads of faith and entertainment, often dramatizing spiritual warfare and making bold declarations that go viral on social media.
For him, the focus is not on longevity but on fulfilling a divine assignment. “Our work is to clear doubts. There is only one God, one power, and that power is Jesus Christ,” he told his congregation.
The prophecy has since triggered widespread reactions online, reinforcing Odumeje’s image as one of Nigeria’s most unconventional and polarizing religious figures.
