The Ondo State Police Command has begun an investigation into the killing of one Oluwaseun and the abduction of two others in Upenmen, Owo Local Government Area.
Police spokesperson Funmilayo Odunlami confirmed the development, stating that efforts are underway to unravel the circumstances surrounding the attack.
Eyewitnesses Describe Harrowing Scene
According to witnesses, suspected kidnappers ambushed Oluwaseun and his companions.
- Oluwaseun attempted to flee but was shot dead by the assailants.
- The attackers then abducted two individuals who were with the victim.
Security operatives have since intensified efforts to track down the perpetrators and rescue the kidnapped victims.
