President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed into law the bill establishing the Federal University of Environmental Technology in Ogoni, Rivers State, marking a historic step towards environmental justice, education, and sustainable development in the region.
At the signing ceremony held at the State House, Abuja, Tinubu emphasized that the new institution would address historical grievances while creating new opportunities for learning, growth, and prosperity.
