Russian strikes on Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, killed two people and wounded 15 on Saturday, according to regional governor Oleg Synegubov. The city, close to the Russian border, has suffered severe damage from repeated attacks.
Synegubov reported on Telegram that Russian forces targeted a residential building with guided bombs in the afternoon. He confirmed the initial casualty figures from emergency medics.
